A prayer letter, sent to your door.

Mailbox Ministry is a monthly mail club for believers who want scripture, encouragement, and prayer to arrive the old-fashioned way — folded, stamped, and addressed to you by name.

Every believer,
wherever you are
— a letter is coming.

What arrives in the envelope

Three things, once a month

No screens to unlock, no app to check. Just a quiet envelope that asks for fifteen minutes and a pen.

Card One

A Scripture Card

A single passage, hand-set and worth carrying — in your Bible, your wallet, or on your fridge for the month ahead.

Card Two

A Pastor's Letter

A short, personal note of encouragement written for the season — no sermon, just a fellow believer writing to you.

Card Three

A Prayer Request Slip

Write your own request, mail it back, and it's carried into our club's shared prayer list — someone you'll never meet will pray for you by name.

How it started

It started with an empty mailbox.

"I kept meaning to write to the people I was praying for. I never did — until I made it a habit I couldn't skip."

Mailbox Ministry began as a handful of index cards mailed to a small prayer list in Moore County. What people wrote back surprised us: they weren't just reading the cards, they were praying through them, saving them, passing them along. So we built a club around it — a way for any believer, anywhere, to be handed a reason to slow down and pray once a month, on paper, without a screen in sight.

What members are saying

Read in kitchens, cars, and pews

I keep every card in a shoebox now. It's turned into the most honest journal of my prayer life I've ever kept.

— Karen T., club member since 2024

I mailed in a request during a hard month and got a card back from a stranger who'd prayed for us by name. I still have it.

— Michael D., youth pastor

My kids ask for "the mail" before they ask for the tablet now. That alone is worth the subscription.

— Renee A., homeschool mom
